At present, with the increasingly fierce competition in the market economy and the complex and changeable external environment, this year, although Zhejiang Chuanken Electric Co., Ltd. has been able to develop steadily in the face of adversity, many problems have been exposed. For example, the market is sluggish, the work force is not strong, and the market mining is not enough. In response to these problems, we must earnestly follow Mr. Hu's instructions of "speeding up in good times and forging ahead in adversity", carefully analyze our own problems, and actively improve them, so as to lay a solid foundation for the next step. While summarizing its own business development situation, combined with the external development situation, concentrate its strength, assess the situation and find the right direction. Through this study, we know our own shortcomings and find gaps. I think whether it is a company or an individual, it should "see the good and think together", carry forward the spirit of benchmarking, and move forward bravely, catch up and surpass with a more high-spirited attitude.
